About the role

There are currently two Guest Services Officer opportunities available. Reporting to the General Manager, the Guest Services Officers will provide a consistently high level of customer service, coordinate hospitality service areas for groups onsite, attend handover briefings and complete all relevant documentation. They will also promptly report any issues, breakages, maintenance requirements or other items requiring attention, support the workplace health and safety (WHS) of guests at the Centre, and perform other duties as assigned or required.

About You The ideal candidate should satisfy the following selection criteria:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the ethos and values of the Catholic Church and have proven experience as a Guest Services Officer or in a similar customer service role. They will hold a current NSW Working with Children Check clearance, or be willing to obtain one,



as well as a current driver’s licence and CPR and First Aid certifications. Familiarity with the requirements of sacramental preparation is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have a strong service-oriented approach, sound judgement, discretion, and excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. They will also possess outstanding interpersonal abilities and a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
