4 Days Job - Corporate Halloween Event – Casual Event Assistants

Location: Luna Park Sydney, Milsons Point

Dates: 29 October – 1 November 2026

Hours: 5:00pm – 10:00pm each day

Commitment: Available for all 4 days

Pay: $38–$42 per hour + super, depending on experience

We are looking for 4 friendly, confident and energetic Event Assistants / Brand Ambassadors to join a premium Halloween brand activation at Luna Park Sydney.

About the role

You will be part of the on-site event team, helping create a fun, welcoming and engaging experience for visitors.

Responsibilities may include

- Welcoming and engaging with visitors
- Assisting with Halloween-themed activities
- Supporting gift redemption and lucky draw activities
- Assisting with photo opportunities and visitor flow
- Encouraging visitors to scan QR codes and engage with the brand
- Providing basic information about the event and activities
- Helping keep the activation area organised and presentable
- Working closely with the event supervisor and other team members





We are looking for people who are:
- Confident and friendly with excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with members of the public
- Energetic, outgoing and positive
- Well-presented and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Previous event, promotional, retail or hospitality experience is preferred
- Experience working at brand activations is a plus
