FORM is a high end office foyer café at 1 Eagle Street, serving a busy corporate crowd on Ona Coffee. We're looking for a coffee focused professional to manage and run the coffee bar end to end.
What the role looks like:
- High volume specialty service, Monday to Friday
- Full ownership of the coffee program, working directly with the fantastic team at Ona
- Leading the bar, dialling in daily, keeping standards sharp
- Bonus incentives on top of base pay
We're after creativity, leadership and genuine curiosity in coffee. If you love the craft and want a bar to call your own, we'd love to hear from you. Monday to Friday - no weekends
Approx 40 hours a week.

Comfortable in high volume
Strong coffee knowledge base.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.41 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
