Head of Marketing and Engagement
Location: Mayfield
Senior Leadership Opportunity | 12-Month Parental Leave Contract
Salary from $110,000 plus superannuation, company vehicle and salary packaging benefits. Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and capability.

At Castle, we’re committed to creating opportunities for people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing and Engagement to lead our marketing, communications and engagement functions during a 12-month parental leave contract.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Castle’s brand, driving organisational growth, enhancing stakeholder relationships and supporting the delivery of services that positively impact our communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of Castle’s marketing, communications and engagement strategy
- Strengthen Castle’s brand awareness, positioning and reputation across key markets
- Identify and support business growth opportunities across existing and emerging service streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, community, business and industry stakeholders
- Lead marketing campaigns, digital engagement initiatives and communication activities
- Partner with operational leaders to support service promotion, engagement and growth objectives
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
- Lead, coach and support a high-performing Marketing and Engagement team
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage external suppliers, agencies and partnerships to achieve organisational objectives
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, communications, engagement or business development role
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into measurable outcomes
- Experience developing and delivering marketing, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative approach and genuine commitment to Castle’s purpose and values
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Marketing and communications experience, including strategic planning and implementation
- Demonstrated experience across digital marketing, social media, website management and brand positioning
- Experience using contemporary marketing systems and platforms, including CRM and digital marketing tools
- Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
