Jenner & Co is retained by one of its repeat clients in Sydney to source their new Head of Production and ANZ Supply Chain.

- Office-based role with a minimum three days per week in the office.
- Travel to tolling sites within Australia and New Zealand may be required.

Our client is seeking an experienced, values-led operational executive to lead our Production & Supply organisation across Australia and New Zealand. As Head of Production & Supply ANZ, you will be a key member of the ANZ Leadership Team, accountable for delivering safe, reliable, compliant and cost-effective product availability for our customers. You will shape and lead an integrated supply, manufacturing, logistics and customer-operations agenda that supports profitable growth, operational excellence and sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities....

- Own end-to-end supply performance across planning, manufacturing/third-party operations, quality interfaces, warehousing, logistics and customer operations.
- Set and deliver operational plans, budgets, service, cost, inventory, safety and productivity targets.
- Lead supply-risk management, business continuity and contingency planning for critical products, suppliers, sites and logistics routes.
- Sponsor continuous improvement, network optimisation, digitalisation and capital initiatives.
- Accountability for ANZ S&OP; effectiveness.
- Contribute as a member of the ANZ Leadership Team, shaping business strategy, investment decisions, risk management and organisational capability.




- Contribute to enterprise strategy and business decisions.
- Strategic management of critical suppliers and logistics partners.
- Improve supply-chain visibility, data quality and digital capability.
- Reduce waste, obsolescence and environmental impact.
- Own manufacturing/tolling, import, warehouse and distribution-network strategy, including resilience and cost-to-serve.
- Own supply-chain readiness for NPI, reformulations, label changes, launches and product withdrawals.

Experience required.....

- End-to-end supply-chain management, including S&OP;/IBP, demand and supply planning, inventory and customer operations.
- Manufacturing, tolling/contract manufacturing, warehousing, transport, quality and operational-excellence systems.
- HSE, quality, regulatory, product stewardship and trade-compliance principles relevant to the ANZ operating setting.
- Financial drivers of operations, including cost-to-serve, working capital, capital investment and productivity
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business, science, chemistry, engineering, quality, manufacturing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Supply-chain risk and resilience.
- Digital supply-chain systems and analytics.
- Contract and supplier management.
- Require demonstrated agrochemical/crop-protection experience,
