You'll be at the frontline of our 24/7 operations, monitoring systems, resolving incidents and helping deliver seamless technology experiences that support our team members and guests.

What we are looking for

n

n
- Experience supporting desktop and server environments in a quick-paced IT setting
n
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions under pressure
n
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Strong IT experience (essential) with exposure to enterprise systems such as hotel or POS platforms (highly regarded)
n
- Qualifications in in IT (highly regarded
n
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
