n Following continued investment in the quality function, an opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a cooperative and supportive technical team.

About the Role
n
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and improving site quality systems while supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. Working closely with production and quality teams, you will help ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
n Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Supporting the site's Quality Management System and food safety programs
n
- Assisting with internal, customer, and third-party audits
n
- Maintaining compliance with HACCP, GMP, and certification requirements
n
- Investigating non-conformances and supporting corrective and preventative actions
n
- Providing day-to-day quality support across manufacturing operations
n
- Supporting Quality Controllers with technical guidance and issue resolution
n
- Reviewing quality documentation, specifications, and records
n
- Assisting with customer complaints, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Working collaboratively with production and cross-functional stakeholders to improve quality outcomes
n
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen quality systems and operational performance
n
n

Skills & Experience
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Food Safety role within FMCG or food manufacturing
n
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality systems
n
- Experience supporting customer, regulatory, or certification audits
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
n
- Ability to support operational teams and build strong working relationships
n
