Looking for more than just another coaching job?
Flò Rithim is looking for a coach who wants to coach, contribute and grow with the business — not simply turn up, run sessions and leave.
I’m looking for someone with a background in movement, strength & conditioning, mobility, breathwork, recovery or holistic wellness who genuinely cares about helping people improve their health and performance.
You’ll work with private and semi-private clients while also helping develop current programs, workshops and opportunities to grow Flò Rithim.
I want someone who brings energy, ideas and initiative — and ideally skills or experience that add something new to the business.
What I’m looking for:
- Relevant qualifications and coaching experience
- Professional, reliable and great with people
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Confidence to bring your own ideas
- A genuine interest in helping grow the business
For the right person, there’s potential for more hours, greater responsibility and performance incentives. I’m not just looking for someone to fill coaching hours. I’m looking for someone who wants to help build something.
