Full We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to support a soft services sector for. You will be responsible for employee relations, onboarding, performance management, recruitment and leading a team.

The Role

- Report to the General Manager on HR activity and KPI reports.
- Coordinate a small team of HR admin and consultants.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding and mobilisation.
- Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee HR data management and maintain compliance with workplace regulations.
- Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide guidance on policies and HR legislation.
- Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
- Assist in performance management.

The Requirements To qualify for this prospect, please look at the requirements carefully before submitting your details.

- Degree or Diploma in HR




- Minimum 2 years HR Officer or HR Consultant Experience in large complex organisation with 1000+ employees
- Minimum 4 years of working within Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
- Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
