About your recent role Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be the independent, on-the-ground HR presence for a business resetting its culture and building best-practice foundations. You'll own the full generalist remit - from day-to-day HR operations through to recruitment, culture and IR - with the autonomy to bring real improvement, not just administer what's already there.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day HR operations, advice and administration
- Lead recruitment coordination - from brief to offer
- Coordinate industrial relations and policy currency
- Champion culture initiatives and engagement activity
- Support learning & development frameworks and planning
- Coordinate fair, consistent performance review processes
Skills & experience
- Solid generalist HR experience across a comparable scope
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Confident communicator across all levels of a business
- Tertiary HR qualifications or equivalent practical experience
- Discretion and diplomacy handling sensitive matters
