The Opportunity
This is not a conventional HR administration position.
We are looking for an HR professional who can help design, implement and continuously improve the people systems required for a growing multinational organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and our international offices to establish consistent HR practices while recognising the different employment environments, cultures, working hours and operational requirements of each country.
A major focus of the role will be creating a globally coordinated workforce model that enables employees across different time zones to work effectively as one organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Global Workforce & HR Systems
- Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and systems across EducationPro's international operations.
- Establish an effective HR operating framework across 8 national/global and 3 regional offices.
- Develop systems for managing employees working across different countries and multiple time zones.
- Design appropriate working-hour, communication, handover and reporting arrangements to enable effective collaboration between international teams.
- Assist management in developing consistent organisational structures, position descriptions, reporting lines, performance standards and accountability frameworks.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management and succession planning.
Organisational Design & Workforce Planning
- Work with management to review organisational structures and determine appropriate allocation of human resources across countries and business functions.
- Assist in developing strategies for the effective allocation and relocation of workforce costs across appropriate cost and profit centres, in collaboration with management and finance.
- Analyse staffing costs, productivity, organisational capacity and workforce requirements.
- Support management in determining where roles and functions can most effectively be located within EducationPro's international network.
- Develop workforce plans that support business growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Assist in establishing measurable HR and workforce KPIs.
Cross-Cultural & International HR
- Develop strategies to effectively manage a culturally diverse international workforce.
- Promote an organisational culture that enables employees from different national, linguistic and cultural backgrounds to work effectively together.
- Develop cross-cultural communication and management practices across the Group.
- Support managers in addressing cultural, communication and workplace differences appropriately.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives across international offices.
- Assist in building a consistent EducationPro organisational culture while respecting local workplace practices and cultural differences.

- Promote effective use of collaboration and communication technology across different time zones.
- Work with IT and management to ensure HR systems are scalable as EducationPro expands.
About You To be considered for this position, you should have:

- Experience managing or supporting employees across different countries and time zones.
- Experience in international HR or cross-cultural workforce management.
- Experience with organisational restructuring or workforce planning.
- Strong commercial understanding of cost centres, profit centres and workforce budgeting.

- Advanced capability in IT, HR information systems and digital workplace infrastructure.
- Experience implementing or administering HRIS, payroll, CRM, workflow, performance-management or workforce analytics platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365, cloud-based collaboration systems, reporting tools and workflow automation.
What We Are Looking For EducationPro is looking for someone who can see HR as more than recruitment, payroll and administration.
We want an individual who can help us answer a broader question:
How should a growing international organisation structure, manage and develop its people so that teams across different countries, cultures and time zones can operate effectively as one global organisation?
You should be comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels — designing a workforce system or policy one day and working directly with managers and employees to implement it the next.
The ideal candidate will be people-focused, commercially aware, technologically capable and internationally minded.
Remuneration
$80,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation, commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated capability.
This is a full-time position based in Perth, Western Australia, with regular engagement with EducationPro's international offices. Flexibility may occasionally be required to communicate with overseas teams operating in different time zones.
Why Join EducationPro?
This position offers an opportunity to:
- Help shape the HR infrastructure of a growing international organisation.
- Work directly with senior leadership on organisational design and workforce strategy.
- Gain exposure to employees and operations across multiple countries.
- Design systems rather than simply administer existing processes.
- Lead improvements in HR technology, automation and workforce analytics.
- Contribute to building a genuinely multicultural and internationally connected workplace.
- Develop professionally as EducationPro continues its international expansion.
How to Apply Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
Your cover letter should specifically address:
1. Your HR and people-management experience;
2. Any experience managing employees across multiple locations, countries or time zones;

4. An example of an HR system, policy or organisational process you have designed or improved; and
