Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture team supporting our Private Hospitals across Western Australia. This is a diverse and impactful role partnering with hospital leaders to provide strategic and practical HR advice across workforce planning, employee relations, performance, organisational change and broader people priorities. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand their operational challenges, provide commercially sound people solutions and support initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and engagement. Working as a trusted partner to hospital executives and leaders, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and performance of Ramsay’s WA hospital network. Please note, this is a 0.9 FTE opportunity (68.4 hours per fortnight).

What You’ll Do

You will partner closely with hospital leaders to provide practical HR solutions that support both people and business outcomes.

Key accountabilities include

- Partner with hospital leaders to understand workforce priorities, challenges and business objectives.
- Provide trusted advice across employee relations, performance, workforce planning and organisational change.
- Support leaders through complex employee matters, including investigations, grievances, performance and conflict resolution.
- Coach and support leaders to build their people leadership capability.
- Provide HR support through organisational change, restructures and workforce initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations matters.
- Identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities and translate insights into practical actions.
- Contribute to state and national People & Culture projects and initiatives.




- Build strong relationships across hospital operations, People & Culture and corporate teams.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

What You’ll Bring You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders in a complex, operational environment. You will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with the ability to navigate complex people matters while maintaining a strong commercial and operational focus.

Key skills and experience include:

- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and employment legislation.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, multi-site or operational organisation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and broader people initiatives.
- Robust coaching, influencing and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to analyse workforce issues, identify risks and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously while working collaboratively across a broader People & Culture team.
- Healthcare, aged care or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous.
