Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Lodge and process insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the team on business development efforts, preparing tailored proposals and insurance quotes.
- Manage office operations, including banking, receipting, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance guidelines, regulations, and company procedures.
Experience and Training
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in client-facing or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with General insurance products, claims processes, Financial Services and Legal management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Police/ASIC clearance
- FNSASIC315 (Tier 2 General Insurance) and FNASIC513 (Tier 1 General Insurance) or willingness to obtain these qualifications.
