Role – Insurance Estimator Assessor

Continuing their expansion throughout SE QLD, they are now looking for 2 x on road Estimator Assessors to join their Brisbane team. 1 x Brisbane Metro, 1 x West Bris/Ipswich.





- Visit 2-4 sites per day average, assessing damaged residential properties against policies
- Determine cause of damage & viability of claims, whilst providing high level customer service
- Prepare repair cost estimations, repair methodology & reports to submit to clients
- Work efficiently leveraging an effective internally developed software system
- Grow value added relationships with Contractors, Loss Adjusters & Insurers Representatives
- Enjoy working from home options, whilst collaborating with the team
- Be supported by an extensive internal team, full training, great systems and an engaged management team

Experience

- Trade background with experience pricing building works OR experience estimating insurance building works

Plus

- Confident using technology
- Excellent customer service & communication skills & able to be empathise with clients
- A keen desire to learn, grow and give your best
