We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Geraldtonteam as an Internal Sales Trainee.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, develop valuable industry skills, and build a long-term career within a respected Australian company.

Over the course of this 24-month traineeship, you'll gain hands-on experience while completing a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business and BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business, all fully supported and paid for by your host employer.

Job Details

As an Internal Sales Trainee, you'll be supported by experienced team members while learning all aspects of customer service, sales support, and branch operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders and quotations
- Following up outstanding orders and customer requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Liaising with the procurement team to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Providing product information and sales support to help customers identify suitable solutions




- Supporting the sales team with customer requirements and day-to-day operations
- Prioritising tasks and managing your workload effectively
- Assisting customers to solve product and equipment-related issues
- Supporting warehouse and store activities when required
- Maintaining safe work practices and adhering to workplace health and safety requirements

- Can perform manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 15kg
- Can successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
