IQ Oil Australia is the Australian distributor of CJC® Offline Filtration Systems, a globally recognised leader in oil & fuel filtration technology. Our solutions help customers across the mining, industrial, marine and power generation sectors improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs and extend asset life.

We're looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused team member to join our growing business in a varied role spanning internal sales, customer service, administration and hands-on operational support.

As part of the global CJC® network, you'll work directly with customers throughout Australia while building relationships with technical specialists, suppliers and colleagues around the world.

The Role

This is a role with genuine responsibility, autonomy and variety. Working closely with management, you'll help support customers, sales activities and day-to-day operations while taking ownership of tasks and helping ensure the business runs smoothly.

You'll be the link between customers, suppliers and internal operations, helping quotations get out the door, orders get fulfilled and customers receive outstanding support.

Responsibilities Include:

- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting customers
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Supporting sales activities, customer follow-ups and business development
- Coordinating freight, deliveries and supplier communications
- Assisting with accounts receivable and general administration
- Supporting warehouse, dispatch and inventory activities
- Preparing, assembling, cleaning and maintaining filtration equipment
- Contributing ideas and improvements to business processes

This role is not purely office-based. You'll also be involved in warehouse activities, inventory management, equipment preparation and operational support,



making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when required.

About You

You may come from customer service, internal sales, administration, operations support, a trade, technical, warehouse, industrial or field-service background. More important than industry experience is your attitude, reliability, willingness to take ownership and desire to learn.

You'll likely be someone who is:

- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable owning tasks from start to finish without being chased
- Able to prioritise competing demands in a busy small-business environment
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and freight providers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
- Practical and willing to get involved beyond the desk
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Keen to learn, contribute and grow with the business

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment
- Experience in industrial, mining, hydraulics, lubrication or filtration industries
- Internal sales, customer service or sales administration experience
- Accounts receivable or accounts payable experience

A current driver's licence is required.
