Lumia Care is currently inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Registered Nurses and Midwives for opportunities with a major metropolitan hospital in Sydney.
This is a outstanding opportunity for internationally qualified clinicians looking to take their next step in Australia, with employer sponsorship available, as well as a 6-month fixed-term contract pathway for candidates who already have independent Australian working rights.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses and Midwives who have:
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
- Recent acute clinical experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- The ability to relocate to Australia in the near future
Successful candidates will be employed through NSW Health and will receive NSW Health state tender rates, plus a $100 weekly top-up. Accommodation will also be provided conveniently close to the hospital.

Two Pathways Available
Employer Sponsorship For candidates who require employer sponsorship to work in Australia.
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract For candidates who already hold independent Australian working rights and do not require employer sponsorship.
