I’m working with a high-quality boutique advisory firm with a strong and growing deal pipeline that is looking to bring in an experienced Associate, VP or Director-level contractor .

This is very much an execution role . They need someone who can come in, get across the deals quickly and effectively quarterback transactions through execution .

You’ll be working directly with senior bankers across a number of live and interesting mandates, taking ownership of key workstreams and helping drive processes from start to finish.

They’re looking for

- Strong investment banking / M&A; transaction experience
- Associate through to Director level
- Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
- Excellent execution, modelling and transaction management capability
- The confidence to take ownership and quarterback live deals




- Someone commercially minded, pragmatic and genuinely valuable to work with

Initially, this is likely to be a 3–6 month contract , with potential to extend or potentially convert into a permanent role depending on the candidate and mutual fit.

Could be particularly interesting for someone between roles, recently arrived or returned to Australia, or looking for a high-quality contract before deciding on their next permanent move.

Sydney based. Immediate / near-term start preferred.
