I’m working with a high-quality boutique advisory firm with a robust and growing deal pipeline that is looking to bring in an experienced Associate, VP or Director-level contractor.

This is very much an execution role. They need someone who can come in, get across the deals quickly and effectively quarterback transactions through execution.

You’ll be working directly with senior bankers across a number of live and interesting mandates, taking ownership of key workstreams and helping drive processes from start to finish.

They’re looking for

- Strong investment banking / M&A; transaction experience
- Associate through to Director level
- Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
- Excellent execution, modelling and transaction management capability
- The confidence to take ownership and quarterback live deals




- Someone commercially minded, pragmatic and genuinely good to work with

Initially, this is likely to be a 3–6 month contract, with potential to extend or potentially convert into a permanent role depending on the candidate and mutual fit.

Could be particularly interesting for someone between roles, recently arrived or returned to Australia, or looking for a high-quality contract before deciding on their next permanent move.

Sydney based. Immediate / near-term start preferred.
