Investment Banking Analyst | Sydney

I’m currently working with a high-calibre boutique investment bank looking to add an Analyst with circa 2–3 years’ experience to its M&A; team.

The opportunity

You’ll work across a range of mid-market M&A; transactions, gaining meaningful exposure across the full transaction lifecycle and working closely with senior bankers.

The team has been deliberately built with strong top-tier experience, with senior leadership, Associates and ADs having backgrounds across leading global investment banks.

About you We’re looking for someone who:

- Has approximately 2 - 3 years’ Investment Banking / M&A; experience
- Comes from a bulge bracket, top-tier investment bank or highly regarded advisory platform
- Has strong technical M&A; and financial modelling skills
- Enjoys transaction work and wants to continue building a career in M&A;
- Is commercially minded, ambitious and highly driven
- Is looking for a platform where they can have greater ownership and visibility
