I’m partnering with a well-established project management consultancy in Perth that is looking to add a Junior Project Manager to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, while receiving genuine training and development across the fundamentals of project management.

The Chance

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leaders, supporting the delivery of projects across:

- Health
- Education
- Aged Care
- Justice
- Commercial

You won’t be limited to one sector or project. The team works across a varied portfolio, giving you the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects and sectors at any one time and build a strong foundation of client-side experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in speaking with:
- Project Engineers looking to transition into client-side Project Management
- Junior or Assistant Project Managers




- Candidates from Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management backgrounds
- Early-career professionals who want to develop their commercial, stakeholder and project delivery skills

You don’t need to come with years of client-side experience. The team is happy to train and mentor the right person across core project management fundamentals.

What’s most important is that you’re proactive, confident communicating with different stakeholders and genuinely motivated to build a career in Project Management.
