We're looking for an experienced and reliable Junior Sous Chef to join our busy café kitchen. This role would suit someone who has proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced café environment and is ready to take on more responsibility within the kitchen. We're looking for someone who can become an important part of the kitchen team, not just a strong cook, but someone who can help lead the team, maintain standards and keep service running smoothly.

About you
- Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced café kitchen
- Previous supervisory or people-management experience
- Strong service, organisation and communication skills
- Reliable, hands-on and able to work well under pressure
- Available 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday
