We are a corporate catering company looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy catering kitchen in Woolloomooloo.
Hours
- Start between 6:00am and 6:30am
- Approximately 4–6 hours per shift
- 3–4 shifts per week
- Weekday work
Key responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef with daily food preparation
- Cooking noodles and other basic ingredients
- Cutting and preparing fruit
- Preparing vegetables and meat
- General kitchen duties
- Keeping work areas clean and organised throughout the shift
- Completing end-of-shift cleaning
About you
- Reliable and punctual, particularly for early-morning starts
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced kitchen
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Takes pride in cleanliness and food safety
- Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred
