- Sushi Roll Makers
- Kitchen Staff
Main Responsibilities:
Front Counter Staff
- Serving customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Packing takeaway orders
- Restocking displays and keeping the front area clean
Sushi Roll Makers
- Preparing and making sushi rolls
- Following standard recipes and portion requirements
- Maintaining product quality and presentation
- Keeping the preparation area clean and organised
Kitchen Staff
- Preparing ingredients and cooking hot food
- Assisting with food preparation and stock storage
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- A basic level of English for workplace communication and understanding instructions
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Previous hospitality, kitchen or sushi-making experience is preferred but not essential
- Training will be provided to suitable applicants
This is a casual position. Available hours may vary depending on business requirements, availability, performance and training progress. Pay and employment conditions will be in accordance with the applicable award.
