- Provide L2 onsite EUC / desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Handle user account, password, and access-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Perform hardware break/fix and basic asset management activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures, escalation processes, and security guidelines.
- Maintain accurate incident/ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams and other technical teams when escalation is required.
- Ensure all onsite activities are completed within agreed SLA and quality standards.
