We're Looking ForA skilled and motivated Landscape Gardener who takes pride in delivering exceptional landscaping and garden maintenance outcomes while working safely and collaboratively as part of a close knit team.
You will be available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 3:00pm, with occasional weekend work required. During periods of hot weather, you will be responsible for watering newly planted gardens and turf, which may involve up to 2 hours of work over the weekend at a time that suits you to ensure plants are maintained and established successfully
What You'll Do
- As a permanent full time member of the Halcyon team, you'll support the delivery, installation and maintenance of landscaping and garden works across the community.
- Undertake landscaping, gardening and maintenance activities as directed by the Landscape Supervisor, ensuring high quality results are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the installation, care and ongoing maintenance of landscape and garden related products and assets.
- Work collaboratively with team members, customers and external contractors to maintain the presentation and quality of the community.
- Contribute to creating vibrant and welcoming outdoor spaces that enhance the resident experience and reflect Stockland's commitment to quality communities.
About YouYou're passionate about landscaping and take pride in creating outdoor environments that people enjoy every day. - Certificate III in Landscaping, Horticulture or a related qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in landscaping and gardening, ideally within a construction or installation focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance and plant care practices.
- Construction White Card and experience using hand tools, power tools and landscaping equipment.
- Bobcat or skid steer licence highly regarded. The Right Mindset
