About the role: You will join a specialist health disputes team advising public and private hospitals, healthcare providers, government bodies and regulators.

Your matters will include

- professional negligence and liability disputes;
- coronial inquests;
- disciplinary proceedings;
- regulatory investigations and enforcement;
- Royal Commissions and commissions of inquiry; and
- major independent reviews.

The ideal candidate:

- You will ideally have 3–5 years’ PQE with experience across commercial litigation, disputes, regulatory matters or health law.
- Strong academics,



excellent written and analytical skills and the confidence to manage complex matters and engage directly with clients will be highly regarded.
- Candidates from top-tier, mid-tier, boutique, in-house or international common law backgrounds will be considered.
