APEX Property Solutions is looking for an experienced and reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our Outdoor Care team.

This is a hands-on role focused primarily on professional lawn maintenance, turf care and outdoor property presentation across residential and managed properties throughout the Central Coast.

We are looking for someone who understands that good lawn care is more than simply mowing. The right person will take pride in presentation, identify lawn issues and help maintain properties to a consistently high standard.

What you’ll be doing

- Lawn mowing using push and self-propelled mowers
- Edging and whipper snipping
- Blowing down paths, driveways and outdoor areas
- Lawn presentation and finishing
- Turf maintenance and minor turf repairs
- Top dressing and lawn levelling
- Fertilising and soil improvement
- Weed identification and control
- Lawn recovery and renovation work
- Preparing areas for new turf
- Assisting with re-turfing projects
- Basic irrigation and watering setups
- Hedge trimming and light garden maintenance where required
- Green-waste removal and property clean-up
- Pre-sale and rental property presentation
- Maintaining and caring for lawn-care equipment
- Before-and-after photos and basic job reporting

What we’re looking for
- Previous lawn care, gardening or grounds-maintenance experience
- Confidence using mowers, line trimmers, edgers and blowers




- Understanding of basic lawn and turf maintenance
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Physically capable of outdoor manual work
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop your technical lawn-care knowledge
- Pride in producing a high-quality finished property

Experience with turf installation, lawn renovation, fertilising, irrigation, commercial mowing equipment or broader garden maintenance would be highly regarded.

Growth opportunity

This is a growth-based role.

As your skills and experience develop, there is opportunity to take greater responsibility for recurring properties, lawn-care programs, turf restoration work and larger outdoor-maintenance projects.

The role may progress towards independently managing allocated jobs, assisting newer team members and taking on senior or team-leading responsibilities.

Pay within the $26.90–$35.00 hourly range will reflect demonstrated experience, capability and responsibility.

Pay: $27.73 – $37.46 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
