Commercial & Insolvency Litigation Associate
About the firm and the role:
Our client, a well-regarded Sydney law firm, is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Associate to its high-performing Litigation practice.
The firm has established a strong reputation for high-quality, commercially focused legal work, acting for a broad range of businesses, directors, shareholders, and private clients.
The practice handles sophisticated and often complex matters, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, corporations and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and litigation.
The firm offers the chance to work closely with experienced senior practitioners on complex matters, while benefiting from the greater responsibility, client exposure, and hands-on experience that a boutique environment provides.

About you
- 2 years' post-qualification experience in commercial and insolvency litigation (insolvency litigation experience is essential for this role).
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters with a degree of independence while working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Down-to-earth with a strong work ethic.
- Looking for genuine long-term career progression and increased responsibility.
