About the role:

Working closely with leading planning and environment partners, you will advise on:

- planning approvals and development strategy;
- environmental regulation and compliance;
- compulsory acquisition and land compensation;
- major infrastructure and urban development;
- energy transition and data centre projects; and
- Land and Workplace Court proceedings.

The work spans major project delivery, strategic advisory and complex disputes, giving you broad exposure across the full lifecycle of significant developments.





The ideal candidate:

- 3 – 4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law.
- Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
- Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
- Excellent communication and client management skill
- Commercial judgement and confidence working on complex matters
