As a Communications Services Officer, you'll be responsible for supporting messaging desktop and server applications while monitoring message traffic in real time. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining messaging capability, supporting users, and ensuring critical communications are actioned, distributed, and delivered effectively.

Working within a 24/7 operational environment, you'll collaborate with a small team to support secure messaging operations, provide user training, manage accounts, and help maintain the reliability of essential messaging services.

What You'll Do

- Provide support for messaging desktop and server applications.
- Monitor messaging traffic and systems in real time.
- Action and distribute messages in accordance with operational requirements.
- Manage user and local accounts to maintain messaging capability.




- Deliver user training on messaging applications.
- Support after-hours notification processes.
- Troubleshoot messaging-related issues and contribute to operational continuity.
- Work collaboratively within a 3-person shift team operating across a 24/7 roster.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a messaging desktop environment, including message delivery, distribution, and account administration.
- Experience supporting messaging services within a protected network environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a messaging support environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively within a secure, process-driven setting.
- Mandatory NV2 AGSVA Security Clearance.
