What We're Looking For:

- 1+ years experience in a high-volume, full-service, à la carte ktichen.

- Proven experience running a busy Pans section.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across nights, weekends and public holidays.

- Qualification:



Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is a major plus!
