Job Description

Bupa Australia is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join the Next Gen Voice Platform team, shaping the future of our Contact Centre on AWS Connect. You will design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with leaders to ensure high-quality, reliable services for our customers.

You will bring 7+ years in cloud software engineering, solid IaC and CI/CD experience, and a focus on security in DevOps to support scalable, compliant delivery.
