Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

n

- Servicing vehicles, conducting checks, and performing maintenance in line with manufacturers' guidelines
n




- Diagnosing faults and repairing or replacing defective parts and components
n
- Advising the Service Reception team on necessary repairs
n
- Producing accurate time estimates and maintaining comprehensive repair records
n
- Testing repaired systems and ensuring vehicle safety and performance standards are met
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction
n

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

n

- Minimum of two years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership or similar environment
n
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to carry out repairs efficiently
n
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer standards
n
- Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers effectively
n
- A desire for career progression within a professional automotive environment
