- 10+ years of experience working with IBM FileNet and Enterprise Content Management solutions.
n
- Robust hands-on experience with:
n
- IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
n
- IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE)
n
- IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
n
- IBM Content Collector (preferred)
n

n

Technical Skills

n

n
- Experience performing FileNet and BAW platform upgrades.
n
- Strong understanding of FileNet object stores, content stores, workflow engines, and security models.
n
- Experience with WebSphere Application Server.
n
- Knowledge of Linux environments, preferably RHEL.
n
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases.
n
- Understanding of LDAP/Active Directory integration.
n
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and integration technologies.
n




- Proven experience leading discovery and assessment engagements.
n
- Ability to create architecture blueprints and solution design artefacts.
n
- Strong estimation and planning capabilities.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
n

Preferred Experience

- IBM-certified FileNet or BAW Architect.
n
- Experience upgrading IBM platforms from older versions to current supported releases.
n
- Experience with RHEL operating system upgrades.
n
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
n
- Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid deployment architectures.
