n We are seeking a driven leader, outstanding nurse, and team-focused individual who is passionate about Greencross, ARH, supporting our people, and delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians!
n As Emergency Head Nurse, you will work closely with the hospital leadership team while remaining actively involved on the clinical floor. This role is designed as a working leadership position, providing support to our veterinarians, mentoring the nursing team, and helping drive operational excellence across the hospital while embodying our PAKT values.

- Full time position (38 hours per week)
n
- Rotating roster including:n n
- Day shifts
n
- Evening shifts
n
- Overnight shifts
n
- Weekend shifts
n

- Every second weekend off
n
- Strong focus on clinical leadership, team development, operational management, and patient care
n
