QRIDA is seeking a Portfolio Management Officer, who will assist with the financial analysis and processing of applications for programs administered by QRIDA. Additionally, the position is responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of concessional loan clients.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include
n
n
- Expertly analysing and reviewing the extraction of financial statements (e.g. balance sheets, profit & loss statements, livestock trading and cropping schedules and cashflow budgets) to assist in determining the eligibility of applicants for a variety of loan schemes administered by QRIDA.

- Completing the financial analysis in an accurate and timely manner to allow further determination by relevant decision makers.
n
- Proactively manage a portfolio of concessional loan clients, including completing annual reviews and facility change requests.
n
- Communicating effectively, both internally and externally, particularly as it relates to loan assessments, including the review and/or compilation of financial data.
