Role Overview Essential Functions:

- Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments
- Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor
- Takes an active role in the quality control process
- Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor
- Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management
- Keeps facility clean and debris free
- Other duties as assigned
- Boxes and processes orders
- Maintain productive speeds and 5S standards
- Follow all Handbook Policies
- Professional interactions with incoming/outgoing shifts

Qualifications Needed

- High school diploma or GED
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Basic understanding of WMS preferred
- Basic math and computer skills




- Inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, and lift most of the shift
- 5S/lean manufacturing experience preferred

Functional Requirements Physical Demands:

- Sitting: Rarely (Less than 5% of the time)
- Typing: Occasionally (Up to 25% of the time)
- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling: Continuously (More than 75% of the time)
- Lifting: Continuously (More than 75% of the time)
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs (Up to 75% of the time)
- Occasionally Lift up to 75 lbs (less than 25% of the time)
- Rarely lift more than 75 lbs.

Work Environment

- Warehouse setting
- Frequent use of machinery and equipment
