We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) and Certificate III Educators to join our close-knit team.

About Us

Kenrose Street ELC is a well-established boutique early learning centre in the heart of Forster. We provide a warm, nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to learn and grow. As a smaller centre, we build genuine relationships with children, families and educators. Our size allows us to create a close-knit, family-focused environment where every child, family member and team member is known, valued and supported.

Who We’re Looking For

ECTs who:

- Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Have a current NSW Working With Children Check
- Understand the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Create meaningful learning experiences




- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Are committed to reflective practice and skilled growth

Certificate III Educators who:

- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and care with relevant experience in the sector.
- Have a current NSW Working With Children Check
- Are passionate about children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Are reliable, caring and skilled
- Understand the importance of active supervision and child safety
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
