About the Role The Senior M365 / Cloud Engineer will support and drive the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services to a recent tenant environment. The role will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and migrating Microsoft 365 technologies, while working closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Candidates with previous experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within the Australian Federal Government environment will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

- Technical implementation, administration, and migration activities to support transition to a new Microsoft 365 environment

- Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Copilot, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Teams

- Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online sites, and OneDrive data

- Develop technical documentation, support artefacts, and service transition deliverables

- Configure and support identity and access management controls

- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting,



and remediation activities to ensure successful migration outcomes

- Collaborate with project teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
