Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager – M&A; | Perth

I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager to join a leading independent professional services firm’s Perth M&A; team.

The team advises corporate, private equity and banking clients across a broad range of transactions, with exposure across the full M&A; lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility across execution, modelling and client engagement, while working closely with experienced senior deal professionals.

The role will involve:

- Supporting M&A; transactions from origination through to execution
- Financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis
- Industry, market and commercial research
- Preparing IMs, management presentations, board papers and other client materials
- Supporting buyer/investor engagement and due diligence processes
- Working directly with clients, senior advisers and other transaction stakeholders

What they’re looking for:

- 2-5 years’ experience across M&A;, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuations,



Investment Banking, Corporate Development or a related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in transactions and advisory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Someone proactive who is keen to develop both technically and on the client side
- CA, CFA or equivalent qualification highly regarded
