We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator / Pick Packer to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. As a Pick Packer, you will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
