ABOUT RICHGLEN

Richglen Maintenance Services is a leading Central Queensland maintenance provider delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective solutions across CHPPs, draglines, shovels, conveyors and other heavy industrial assets.

We are building a dedicated CHPP Maintenance & Reliability Team to support a major maintenance improvement program focused on improving asset reliability, reducing risk and strengthening maintenance performance.

The team will play an important role in understanding the health of critical assets, improving maintenance strategies, prioritising and reducing backlog work, and creating a more effective and sustainable maintenance approach.

THE OPPORTUNITIES

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Lead the maintenance function across our CHPP by coordinating people, priorities and resources to keep work moving safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with supervisors, planners, trades and operations to ensure maintenance activities are delivered to plan.

Maintenance planning, coordination or supervisory experience in CHPP, mining or heavy industry required.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Support the success of our maintenance team by improving how work is planned and delivered. You’ll coordinate planning, prioritisation, scheduling and backlog management while working closely with the wider team to prepare upcoming maintenance and shutdown activities.

Maintenance planning/scheduling experience and CHPP, mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR





Lead from the front and provide day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team. You'll coordinate crews and resources, support planned work and ensure activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in mining, civil, construction or heavy industry. G189/Mining Supervisor and G2/Risk Facilitator certificates required.

RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Improve the reliability and performance of critical CHPP assets through asset assessment, reliability analysis and practical improvement opportunities. You'll work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to identify risks, reduce downtime and support better maintenance strategies.

Engineering qualification and heavy industry experience required. Reliability experience and CHPP/mining background highly regarded.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for experienced professionals with a background in mining, CHPP, fixed plant or heavy industry who are practical, proactive and safety-focused, with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
