Summary:

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery within our production facility. This position is vital for maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of our production team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in a technical field or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing workplace.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
