Our non-financial risk team supports Macquarie Capital’s accountability, governance and risk management obligations. We work closely with stakeholders across the business to strengthen accountability arrangements, promote effective risk management and support compliance with regulatory requirements.

What role will you play?
In this role you will support the ongoing operation, governance and enhancement of Macquarie Capital’s Financial Accountability Regime framework. You will partner with accountable leaders, their delegates and stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal and the business to maintain accountability records, governance processes and supporting documentation. You will also contribute to reporting, insights and initiatives that strengthen accountability, reinforce expected behaviours and support effective risk management outcomes.
What You Offer
- Knowledge of accountability, risk and compliance frameworks, governance practices and regulatory obligations, including the practical application of reasonable steps requirements.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory, policy and governance requirements into clear, practical guidance that supports business objectives.
- Experience preparing governance materials,
reporting and insights for senior leaders, committees and assurance activities.
- Understanding of, or interest in, conduct and risk culture, including the use of behavioural insights to strengthen accountability and risk management outcomes.
- Strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently in a dynamic environment.
