Our client is a NSW Government department seeking an experienced Manager Diversity & Inclusion to join their People Performance and Culture team in Parramatta, Sydney CBD (Martin Place) or Orange.

Role summary:

Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of organisation-wide diversity and inclusion programs and strategies, providing expert advice to senior stakeholders and supporting an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of department-wide diversity and inclusion programs, strategies and initiatives.
- Provide expert advice to managers and executives while overseeing D&I; governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse workforce data,



monitor program effectiveness and develop reports and recommendations to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.

Selection Criteria:

- Significant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I; strategies, programs, policies and initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience providing advice to senior leaders and managing teams.
