The Manager Regional ICT, reports to the Director, ICT Programs and Service Management and is responsible for supporting services to large, geographically dispersed operational locations. This includes the managerial oversight and coordination of employee workloads and the prioritisation of urgent incidents, ensuring consistent service delivery across all regions. This position will also be responsible for the management and supervision of eight Regional Support Officers in addition to the Technical Support and ICT Help Desk teams.

- Broad technical knowledge across ICT infrastructure and regional technical environments. Solutions focussed with the proven ability to manage geographically diverse teams, while assisting in streamlining service provision to improve overall performance and adherence to KPIs and Service Level Standards.
- Demonstrated high level leadership and capability development skills and experience in providing advice relating to ICT issues to customers, senior management and team members.
- Highly developed conceptual,
analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully develop and implement business improvement initiatives and provide quality advice and management in relation to complex ICT management issues.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build and maintain beneficial qualified networks and relationships to enhance the exposure and performance of your portfolio.
- Demonstrated accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency.
Mandatory/Special Conditions/Other Requirements The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:
- Whilst not mandatory, possession of a recognised degree in information technology and certification in ITIL - IT Service Management Foundation or higher, Managing Successful Projects (PRINCE2) and Managing Successful Programs (MSP) will be highly regarded.
