Panda Mart is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and promotion of our retail stores in Melbourne.

This role is suitable for someone who is creative, organised and interested in both online marketing and physical retail promotions. You will help plan and deliver marketing activities that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and store traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for our retail stores
- Create and manage online promotions and social media content
- Plan and support in-store events, promotions and marketing activities
- Develop campaigns to increase customer traffic and brand awareness
- Coordinate promotional materials, posters and other marketing content
- Identify and communicate with suitable influencers and content creators
- Support local community and partnership marketing opportunities
- Assist with photography, short videos and promotional content
- Monitor campaign results and suggest improvements
- Work closely with store management and other team members

About You




- Previous experience in marketing, social media, retail marketing or a related area is preferred
- Australian marketing or retail experience is highly regarded
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Creative, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with both online campaigns and physical store events
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be an advantage
- Unrestricted Australian working rights required
- Able to work at Preston or Cranbourne, with occasional travel between stores when required
