About the role

As our Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll help bring the St. Louis brand to life across our stores and provide ongoing marketing and promotional support to our franchise network. This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll work closely with our Director, General Manager and Field Manager, while also having direct contact with our franchisees across Adelaide.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with marketing activities, campaigns and promotions
- Providing promotional support and marketing resources to franchisees
- Liaising directly with franchisees regarding marketing initiatives, promotions and brand requirements
- Working closely with the Director, General Manager and Field Manager
- Coordinating marketing communications and promotional activities
- Assisting with social media and other marketing initiatives
- Helping maintain consistent St. Louis brand standards across our stores
- Assisting with marketing projects and coordinating deadlines
- Supporting franchisees with marketing and promotional requests




- Preparing documents, spreadsheets and marketing materials

About you

- Previous marketing experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A reliable and positive attitude
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- Confidence communicating with franchisees and senior management
- An interest in hospitality, branding and customer experience
- A professional and approachable manner
