This role is classified as a Level 2 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement, with a base salary range of $70,286 - $91,813. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a hands-on role in helping audiences discover SBS content, from distinctive stories and programs to major cultural moments. Working alongside campaign leads, you’ll gain broad exposure across digital, media, partnerships and campaign delivery while coordinating the timelines, assets and cross-channel requirements that keep integrated campaigns moving.

Key responsibilities include

- Supporting campaign leads with the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns for priority SBS content, including coordinating timelines, actions, approvals and status updates, and contributing to reporting and learnings.
- Providing hands-on digital campaign support across Meta and Google, including copywriting, asset delivery, monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborating with content, creative, media and channel teams, agencies and partners to bring campaigns to life and deliver activity on time and to brief.
- Supporting sponsorships, partnerships, events and competitions, with responsibility for coordinating assigned activity in line with SBS processes.
- Keeping campaign records and asset libraries up to date and supporting financial administration, including budget tracking, purchase orders and invoices.

About you We’re looking for someone who brings:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience supporting marketing campaigns, ideally within a content, media or consumer-facing organisation.
- Practical experience using digital marketing platforms such as Meta and Google for campaign implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.




- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and proofread copy and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with curiosity, a willingness to learn and confidence using campaign data, Microsoft 365 and current marketing or reporting systems.

The Department The Marketing Division connects audiences with the world of SBS, leading the strategy, creative execution and promotion of content across all platforms. This role sits within Audience Marketing, a collaborative team that delivers integrated campaigns for priority content and major cultural moments. You’ll work closely with specialists across content, creative, digital, media, partnerships and audience insights, giving you broad exposure to how campaigns come together across SBS.
